The variety of different layboy tape applications presents a challenge to us as developmental partner and supplier to conveyor manufacturers and end users in the paper, printing and packaging industry. As a result of our research and development work five new types complement the comprehensive Extremultus range for paper and printing systematically. New types that have already proved under difficult operative conditions that they can enhance the quality and productivity potential of paper processing conveyors even better.

In practically every sector of the printing industry, layboy tapes convey, fold or package printed or unprinted paper.
For decades, Siegling has had a reputation as a partner in development and supplier for machine manufactures and users in the paper, printing and packaging industry.
In this industrial sector, Extremultus layboy tapes and Transilon conveyor belts are the first choice for nearly all functions and processes.
Thanks to the Extremultus E line layboy tapes, the potential for quality and productivity of tried-and-tested machine designs can be used to the fullest. The highly-modular thermoplastic tension member design with polyester fabric in conjunction with highly wear-resistant surfaces with highly wear-resistant surfaces means a broad range of applications is possible: rotogravure, commercial web offset (heatset) and newspaper printing(coldset) right up to the high performance web folder.The splicing method (Z-splice) does not require any additional materials and provides the flexibility and durability required by small drum diameters.
Handy Z-punch cutters and small heating clamps make it possible to fit directly on the machine easily with shorter fitting times.

Siegling Transilon printing blankets have been developed in close co-operation with OEMs and users and comply with the high demands on economical operation and precision in flat-bed and rotary printing.
Siegling Transilon requires no maintenance, is easy to track and has long service lives. With practical fitting tools and reliable splicing methods, printing blankets can be made endless quickly and easily.
